Terminal 4 Hotel, Heathrow |

The hotel at Terminal 4 Heathrow, which now operates
as a Hilton was designed by Manser Associates. The two guest room wings
are joined together by glass walls on the outer envelope and a roof
containing a number of slotted openings. dpa carried
out sun penetration studies to evaluate sun patterns and potential glare.
These exercises provided valuable information for the whole design team
whilst the building envelope was evolving.
