Iris Blue is the most recently completed residential tower of the ‘Iris’ projects by Sheth Estate International in Dubai. Situated in a prominent location on the Dubai Marina the project shares the stage with some very prestigious developments. The approach to the exterior lighting was to create a scheme that didn’t compete with its elaborate neighbours, but stand out in its own simplicity and elegance. Choice of luminaires, integration and appropriate brightness levels were key to a successful, well received project in the rapidly expanding City of Dubai.
