A mixed use development regenerating a previously
run down area put much emphasis on ensuring the external night-time
vision was vibrant and exciting whilst portraying an atmosphere of quality
and safety.
The very careful use of coloured light on the
Mailbox red facade provides a striking presence from the inner ring
road and pedestrian approaches to the building. The careful integration
of other lighting components ensures the building form is exposed to
create an extremely pleasing night-time picture.
