The importance of lighting a picture in a gallery or at someone's home has been recognised for a long time. In recent years the lighting of 'Art' in the its broadest sense has been embraced and light has been used to fully expose the artist's work as well as add another dimension to it.

dpa has been at the forefront of collaborations with many artists to not only ensure texture and form is realised to observers but to create another dimension for the Artist to encompass.

At dpa we carefully consider every piece of work with the Artist and explore both natural and artificial lighting options in order to achieve an appropriate direction to approach the work.

The prevalence of Art in the public realm has also been significant to dpa with many commisions and successful results.

'Lighting Art' is also an area in which we have participated, in fact a lot of our work we consider to be Art itself.
