“Light” was a temporary installation in the summer 2004. It emanated from a temporary art exhibition in Clerkenwell that dpa were asked to light. On visiting the basement location for the temporary gallery it was an easy decision to offer support on the basis that we could create our own lighting art in one of the spaces thus “light” was conceived.

The result is the simple use of sleeved fluorescent lamps and candles, emphasising the architectural order whilst creating mystery and a soft dynamic.
