The conversion of a warehouse building in London's up and coming district of Clerkenwell has created The Zetter - a contemporary hotel with a retro feel.

The design philosophy was pioneering and will undoubtedly set trends which many will try to emulate. An environmentally conscious client and design team has resulted in a 'green' hotel where low energy and high efficiency lamp sources have been utilised where appropriate.

Coloured lighting to all guestroom window shutters enhance the building's appeal during night time operation and increase its friendly image. A concealed coloured lighting feature within each room also provides guests with a playful mood setting.

Working closely with the Interior Stylists, lighting elements were developed in collaboration and bespoke lighting solutions have been incorporated into decorative features.
