Associates
An Associate should have a minimum of five years experience in independent professional lighting design. Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate excellent creative, technical, commercial, project management and communication skills. You will be expected to lead a team of designers and head up a variety of projects where you will be involved from the initiation of the work to its completion.

Applicants will be expected to show examples of their completed work where their input to the project has been extremely significant.

Senior Designers
Senior Designers will have a minimum of three years experience in independent professional lighting design. As well as creative and technical skills, you will need excellent knowledge of relevant software packages, which should be clearly illustrated in your CV.

Senior Designers will work within a team, but should have the ability to run some projects from inception to completion themselves. We are looking for progressive designers with ambition to fill these positions.

Designers
Designers from graduate level to those with some direct lighting design experience will be considered for the various positions currently available. Excellent knowledge of relevant software packages including AutoCAD is essential.

Designers will show creative abilities with a desire to progress within the field of lighting design. Technical knowledge would also be an attribute, but progressive designers who show an ability to learn would be strongly considered.

You will be part of a design team that will help your development and progress as well as providing specific education within the Practice.

Junior Designer/CAD Operator
Successful candidates should have knowledge of using AutoCAD or similar. Design training/experience using Photoshop or Corel Draw would also be desirable but not essential.
