consultants in association with Landscape Design Associates, have
produced a strategy to improve the lighting of key circulation routes,
pedestrian walkways, building facades, urban spaces and hard and
soft landscape elements in Lincoln's Cultural Quarter.
The new cultural quarter will provide a focus for cultural activity in the City; a creative hub that attracts, connects, enlivens and regenerates part of the historic fabric of Lincoln. The project site includes important buildings such as The Usher Art Gallery, Theatre Royal, Drill Hall and new Museum building on Flaxengate and Danesgate. |
