Project:
Herbie Frogg

The design challenge was to bring life to this very small area whilst keeping a feeling of space for the shopper and maintain the very high standard that Herbie Frogg reflect in the tailored designer clothes they sell.

The changing rooms, to the rear of the shop, create a focus framing the Herbie Frogg logo on a backlit stained glass panel. Fibre optic, floor recessed uplights have been utilised here to provide accent lighting onto the curtains. The changing room mirrors have a frosted edge with concealed lighting to provide a glowing perimeter and to produce a general ambient light to the changing room area. The ambient lighting in the overall area creates a bright and vibrant interior, supported by accent lighting to highlight specific merchandise.

Throughout the shop a cove detail with blue light has been integrated to develop the 'mood' and introduce contrast with the more functional display lighting.
