dpa wins Darc Awards 2017

dpa has won first prize for their lighting installation at the Darc Awards 2017! Helios, meaning Sun in Greek, was designed by our London Studio, Ingo Kalecinski, Veronica Lykou and Laura Voss – many congratulations to the team for designing such a beautiful sculpture.

We are delighted that dpa project the Fairmont Hotel St. Andrews has been shortlisted in the Lux Awards 2017, Hospitality, Leisure and Faith Project of the Year.

Robinsons in Dubai

We are pleased to share a lovely article published on the Illumni website today regarding Robinsons Dubai, a fabulous department store that has recently opened in Dubai Festival City. We had the pleasure of working with HMKM and the Al-Futtaim’s client team on the lighting scheme for this exciting project.

Zephyr Chandelier at The Fairmont St. Andrews wins award!

The Zephyr Chandelier, and installation designed for The Fairmont Hotel, St. Andrews, has recently won best decorative bespoke fixture at the 2017 darc awards/decorative. dpa is very proud to have collaborated with artist and chandelier designer George Singer to light this beautiful sculpture.

The Zephyr Chandelier (Zephyr meaning soft gentle breeze), fills the 50M atrium with soft kinetics and shadows created by layers of lighting from both above and below. For further details about this project, please click here.
