The dpa London studio is thrilled to welcome two graduates Shakhlo Islamova and David Camacho Romero, who have joined our team as Lighting Designers. We are delighted to have them as a part of our team and would like to wish them every success in developing their lighting design career with us.
Congratulations to KSR Architects, SMC Smart Homes and the entire team on winning three awards at the UK Property Awards 2023-2024 for IO House, London. This multi-award winning dpa project situated in North West London received awards for categories “Residential Property for London”, “Architecture Single Residence for London” and “Architecture Single Residence UK” at the London Marriott Hotel, Grosvenor Square on 10th November 2023. Congratulations to Intern Samuel Walker on receiving the highly prestigious Jonathan Spiers Scholarship Award 2023. Samuel, who will be the last of the scholarship winners, received the award on 25th October at the Spiers Major London Studio. Beginning in 2012, the scholarship was created to provide 10 years of support to students of architecture aspiring to enter the Architectural Lighting Design profession.
dpa Partner Richard Bolt commented “this is a proud moment for Samuel and all of us at dpa, we look forward to seeing him develop and progress within our discipline”.
