dpa lighting consultants delivered the architectural lighting design for the refurbishment of 48 Dover Street, a prime commercial building in the heart of Mayfair.
The project reimagined the reception through a hospitality-led approach, creating a more welcoming and refined arrival experience while enhancing the building’s long-term performance and value. The refurbishment included a complete reception redesign, a targeted façade replacement, and the introduction of premium end-of-trip facilities inspired by luxury hospitality environments. The upgrades enabled the building to achieve EPC B, BREEAM Excellent, and WiredScore Gold.
Our lighting design was developed to support the architectural vision, strengthen the building’s identity, and enhance the quality of the user experience throughout the spaces within our scope. Careful integration of light and interior architecture creates a warm, inviting atmosphere while highlighting key material finishes and architectural features.
The project was delivered for Crosstree Real Estate Partners LLP, with project management by Storey and interior architecture by GA Design.
