It was a delight to be asked to work at Hambledon Vineyard, established in 1952 and the birthplace of English wine. ‘The Restaurant’ within a beautiful oak framed building visually connects to the surrounding vineyards. We worked with Mowat & Company collaboratively to integrate layers of light to enhance the dining experience as can be seen from the various images.
