As a commercial project, both the external and internal the lighting  of the Oasis Shopping Center were designed to create bright, pleasant environments for visitors to the mall, using highly efficient, long life sources to ensure that both running and maintenance costs are kept to minimum.

The Oasis Centre benefits from substantial day lighting and the artificial lighting has been carefully designed and circuited, utilising automated lighting controls to provide variable and flexible lighting which also further helps to minimise energy consumption.
